Alexis Giguere commits, just turned 16 and is on the smaller side at 5'6 but he's creative with the puck and plays fast, he played for Mortagne Noir et Or Espoir this past season, 22 goals and 18 assists in 32 games, that was AA, he was called up to a AAA for the playoffs. He was just drafted in the 7th round of the QMJHL draft so he is either using it for leverage to get traded or he's just not interested in the major junior path which seems to be the case here.

He was recently at the USA Select 17 Player development camp, had a pretty rough camp statistically but those select camps are the top kids in the US, it doesn't look like he was getting too many shots besides the blowout loss 6-2. He has a long way to go before he steps on campus, probably spends this year in Minnesota with either his HS team or the Magicians of the NAHL and then hoepfully next season he can get in the discussion with Cedar Rapids of the USHL.
Link doesn't seem to be working so I'll just post this - https://teamusa.usahockey.com/tourna...9ae43f07000139

With 20-21 we'd hopefully still have Janzen and Latinovich being seniors and Bischel could groom Haider starting in 21-22 and it could result in more playing time for Haider down the road. Now if Haider goes from the Minnesota Magicians this year to Cedar Rapids the following season and impresses at both stops it's going to be hard to say no if he wants in the 20-21 class and he'd probably commit elsewhere if he had not signed his NLI. It's all a game and only time will tell.
