From an older article, this quote seems to relate that this is only for "youth" sports: https://www.democratandchronicle.com...-6/3223995001/
"These guidelines apply to non-professional and non-collegiate sports and recreation activities (e.g. youth sports), inclusive of indoor and outdoor sports and recreation, as well as organized and non-organized sports and recreation"

Cornell and Colgate were both on the governor's COVID bad college list. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out. I know Clarkson acted quickly to kick some kids off campus but it seems there have been no virus cases on campus. As much as I hate to say it, our only goal right now should be to keep everyone safe and if hockey has to go, well so it goes.

The ECAC proposed on making 2 divisions, the New England division, and the New York division. There will be a 20 game schedule, each team playing the other teams in their division 4 times. The New York division will NOT play against the New England division for league games. All teams will make the playoffs. 6 seed will play 3 seed, and 5 seed will play 2 seed, with seeds 1 & 2 getting byes, which the playoff series are a single elimination. The winners of each division will play each other for the Whitelaw Cup. The division winners will each be co-regular season champions. Still no word on NC.Last edited by LetsGoTech16; 09-27-2020, 05:29 PM.

This recruiting class really gets me hoping for a season of whatever can be figured out. They posted the roster, Haider listed he had interest from Minnesota, Minnesota-Duluth, North Dakota, St. Cloud State, and Wisconsin, Muccitelli also had a nice list with RPI/Union for league foes and then Omaha/Providence, Luke Mobley listed Minnesota State, UMass-Lowell, and UNH, Tommy Pasanen listed Lake Superior State, Northern Michigan, Notre Dame, UMass. Noah Beck, Alex Campbell, Charlie Campbell, Jordan Power, David Silye, Kaelan Taylor do not list any schools but as this is an optional thing I'm sure there was plenty of interest for a few of those guys.
