I agree. Outplayed Yale but a defensive breakdown gave Yale a wide open shot from the slot between the faceoff circle dots that Michele P had no chance. Beat her glove side. Had a number of quality chances but could not get the puck by Yale's goalie. She is excellent. Shots 13-6 in favor of the Knights. LGT

Total shots 72 to 29 and SOG 40-18 in favor of CCT. Clarkson is now in 4th place with the split and still has yet to beat a team ahead of it in the standings. Cornell lost to both Harvard and Dartmouth at LYNAH, they are now behind Clarkson in 5th.

Forwards with the ability to put the puck in the net are sorely lacking. Shots and shots getting past the goalie are an entirely different skill set.

Yeesh. Without getting too political (generally frowned upon here by my understanding), I thought the issue they lead with was an ungraceful but not particularly awful, but some of the stuff further down is bad. Some of it could be nothing (weight-training is a part of a lot of sports, so that could or could not be psychological manipulation), but rushing a player back from a concussion where she was knocked unconscious is unconscionable.

Clarkson and Cornell are 0-0 through 1 here at Cheel. Knights dominating in the offensive zone and Pasiechnyk has had a few tough saves.

Big period for Clarkson has them up 2-0 after the 2nd. B.McQuigge and Cherkowski with the goals. Pasiechnyk had many big saves to keep the Knights in.

Clarkson holds on for a 2-1 win over Cornell. Nailbiter down to the end but the Knights hold on. Pasiechnyk was great in net only giving up 1 tough goal. Ref's weren't great but it is what it is. Big game tomorrow with Colgate at Cheel.

Clarkson & Colgate are 0-0 after the 1st. Clarkson dominated the majority of the period with good shots on net. Pasiechnyk has been tested and has come up with good saves.

Colgate grabs a goal in the 2nd and they lead 1-0 after 2. Much slower period for the Knights as they struggle to make offense. Defense has been solid, and the Colgate goal was a rebound that Pasiechnyk couldn't control.
