USCHO says we & SLU will each play @ RIT 1 game. Probably a game at Niagara as well. No dates yet.

Edit: Likley Canisius on the other night of that RIT game, from 2021-22.

We have picked up our first player out of the transfer portal, as Jesse Tucker from Michigan State will be coming in next season. 10 points in 34 games as a sophomore, but put up grea numbers in his freshman season.

It’s an exciting schedule for next year, the holiday tournament in LP will be nice, and hopefully to give them a taste of where we want to be come March, and then some. We will be tested from the get go so it’ll be a great measuring stick for the team. Tucker is a good portal add, a few more and we are in business.

Well we have the LP tournament, 1 @ RIT and probably 1 @ Canisius. Somebody in the other thread said CC, so overall it should be a good non-league schedule. Croteau & Gardner are probably our top two guys in this incoming class of 2027. I wouldn't be suprised to see a guy like Lewandowski transfer back to the program he was recruited by (RMU). We have a lot of freshman slated to come in, and some of the lower depth guys like Mobley, Lewandowski, Grannis, etc will be forced to make their way out. I was really disappointed in Rickwood specifically this season. Probably one of the more promising recruits last year struggled to do anything but kept himself in the lineup. It sounded like Beck was going to return for his senior year which is big, but guys like Gosselin & Romano are close, if not pro ready in my opinion. We will have to see where this offseason takes us.

If you’re having a good day today you may not want to look at the transfer portal.

Campbell is the only true loss for me, we needed to change our defensive personnel so that’s good, we can definitely upgrade there, if Beck and Martino go, then I become worried.

It also looks like Haider will also be making his way to the portal shortly. Sort of a loss, but with Croteau coming in he likely wouldn't have gotten the starting role. That leaves 2 open goaltending spots, so Croteau & likely a transfer-in will fill that void.

It will be fun watching Campbell miss scoring into wide open nets for another team.

Clarkson now has 7 players in the transfer portal including Haider and A. Campbell. Only Northeastern has more. It's really a testament to Casey's coaching that kids can't wait to get out of his program.

That’s one way to look at it. The other being we just finished sixth in a weak conference and the staff wanted to make room for kids who want to be here.

The staff doesn't put kids in the transfer portal. They choose to go. If 1/3 of your remaining roster decides that they don't want to be there (all guys you recruited), you should probably do some serious soul searching.
